I pick up some stuff here and there but this is very complex.
Apparently the accusers lost their lead plaintiff a while ago and found a new one in Italy. This is all very murky
So the class hasn't been certified either and the judge may throw the case out altogether. I'm not sure if that's what ABAT wants. Because anyone could sue ABAT for whatever reason after that. Perhaps they want the class to be certified, so they can settle, and finally move on. Just guesses on my part, and it's really getting misty now
