200? Try 261.98, and I wouldn't say cook and company have been silent. As the stock began to fade cook did a half hour public tv interview. My guess is there is going to be a substantial buy back announced this week or shortly.

Think about it 137 billion in cash and the stock 261.98 off the highs in a few short months. I would not be surprised if insiders were buying all this past week.
