Noelke Hill is attached to Cielo..

They already had the Land Leases in place and a Power Purchaser signed.

In July 2002 - they tried to put 240 - 1mw turbines on the Hill but financing fell thru at the last moment because of lack of transmission lines.

I quote from a 2003 article:

"Earlier this year Cielo had put off its planned 240 MW Noelke Hill wind project near McCamey, Texas, citing difficulties in financing the development. The company's Walter Hornaday says out-of-state financiers balked at lending money for 240 MW while transmission constraints into east Texas markets were still forcing curtailments of the output from wind farms near McCamey."

They gave it over to Spinning Star as part of their Phase 1.. Not sure what CIELO got in return for it.. And Cielo is listed on "Spinning Star Energy' Texas Land Records as a GRANTOR and GRANTEE.

Noelke Hill we be dissolved into Spinning Star Energy's Smart Wind Ranch as far as I can tell.. Many of those FAA coordinates we have are on NOELKE HILL.
