We need to sue this company!!!

They make 1-for-500 reverse split for the common stock in our hands, while they double "Authorized but Unissued" common stocks, and NO reverse split for their own preferred stock.

Anybody knows if there are legal issues related to such reverse split decision? At least we should file complain to SEC.
