Bullrun4u wrong: Some funds can and do hold shares listed down here. Your making a general statement that "ALL" funds can "NOT" hold when a stock goes from the Nasdaq to the Pinks and I can guarantee you are WRONG. Not "ALL" funds operate under the "SAME" guidelines and "RULES". I know guys that run "FUNDS" or have small "FUNDS" and if they want they can buy whatever their "FUND" is permitted to BUY HOLD TRADE OR SELL.

You might be thinking a MAJOR fund would not hold or buy a pink and you are right but your statement saying ALL" funds dumped or can "NOT" hold by law is 100% WRONG!

There is no way your list is accurate first of all I know from a fact that funds are not allowed to own a stock when it goes from Nasdaq to the pinks so they have to unload the shares. So no way this list is accurate ALL FUNDS HAVE UNLOADED OR DUMPED THEIR SHARES BY LAW. Look it up in SEC RULES .
