Based on THKJC's comments at the last hearing and the fact that the settlement did not take place last week, I am expecting tomorrow's hearing might be cancelled. However, with the Court closed today for the holiday, the earliest I'll know is tomorrow morning. Will post update either way. If there is a hearing, I'll be there tweeting.
