Yes they keep the same number. That's why many of us here said was a huge red flag it was wen they started converting to preferred shares a while back.

Uncle Kay is a scammer and thief IMO

What do you expect?? He is screwing shareholders just like he did before at Planetlink IMO

Maybe that's why he was charged with securities fraud and wire fraud hmmmm

He needs to be in jail....
