The Koreans. The factory is there and the company is listed as a foreign entity. Hence the 'F' at the end of the symbol. That also means they only have to produce an annual filing, which they've always been late producing. If I'm not mistaken, the SEC punished them in one form or another for that action.

Anyway, again, a large source of business and revenue has been taken from them now that YoHo has the patent. Does that bode ill for MRDAF? Certainly looks that way to me.

Anna is still around but has nothing to do either with MRDAF or YoHo.

Last I heard, Peter has retired to Vancouver Island and was working at a car dealership in addition to being on the Canadian form of social security. Good for him! Wish he'd break down and return my emails.
