Yup they did! Kinross can now basically kiss goodbye to any future plans to mine in Mexico. SRGE BOD has a Mexican Congressman and a Mexican Senator who will be ill disposed towards Kinross and will close alot of doors in Mexico for these Canadian bullyboys! Kinross didn't do any DD when they messed with little ol SRGE! Were totally unaware of the political might SRGE wields in Mexico.
