So now they need the "right specs" first. What's next? lol Preobably discovering they had not agreed upon a common language to use for exchanging the specs then discovering Intertek has no one on staff sufficiently skilled in the selected language in order to faithfully render the specs into a test plan then discovering that the green card process needs to be followed as there are no unemployed technically savy people with skills in the seleted language then . . .
