Yes, that was more in the beginning, now they have turned up the v-out to almost 1.1v from the Drain/Source and are no longer refering to the "PN Junction" and have virtually no D/S loss achieved with monochromatic light source excitation. The band referenced 200nm- 800nm has a pretty exciting yield aka-Vout. The pace that is "Results Orientated" really heating up now.
