AAPL obviously in consolidation with the $500 the crucial level, main problem is lack of catalyst even with an earnings beat and hounds are tearing at heels. Samsung release of new phone by April, NOK coming on strong, Chinese companies Huawei & Hisense are also players domestically over there. AAPL my have next gen iPad & mini released in march.

Only slightly encouraging is recent action may suggest establishing hint of an uptrend yet by no means confirmed off this basing=speculative bottom. One could call this a bottom base, just carry a base jump parachute to be safe ;o)

Upside possible to 575 off here should it pull reversal & bounce which it had better do soon or catch on a dip under 500.
