Is Kinross a major? Yes. Did they contact Southridge? Yes. Did another NYSE sign documents with SRGE too? Yes.

What? We know only that ONE major "signed papers", and that was Kinross.

But that's not what SRGE said. They said--on 21 November--that "one of the firms has already signed preliminary documents for the full acquisition of the Cinco Minas property".

I really don't think so, because it makes no sense. I suspect that what they were vaguely referring to was the signing of the CA with Kinross.
