The SEC cannot demand documents to be received by the next day.

Really? Why not, if Kinross was happy to provide them, as I imagine they were. I should think they got hold of Kinross as soon as possible. That wouldn't have been difficult, considering many of us had no problem contacting them, even on Boxing Day.

Obviously they spoke to Magna as well.
