But there is no fax number on the CA for Moscosa? FedEx? Possible but then this document would have been exchanged twice since a copy would have been returned to Moscosa as well. It's an agreement so each party would get at least one set. Seems like a lot of trouble to handle a C.A. this way when you can show up, sign/countersign, review the geo data, take a tour...etc. There has been quite a bit of effort on the part of Kinross/Moscosa to evaluate Cinco, so to think that he never visited the sites after initiating contact, exchanging emails with Davies and so on does not seem very plausible.
