So, are you suggesting that this Moscosa guy sent an email to SRGE's IR, then exchanged emails with Davies, pre-signed C.A. just to never visit the site or meet Davies? Surely, he can presign a C.A. but that does not necessarily mean he would also receive a full property data/information to make any determination. The two met.
