And why weren't any of those people contacted by Kinross but SRGE was?

SRGE contacted Kinross and said they wanted to talk. It was passed down to a mid-level manager who was instructed to see if there was anything to SRGE.

They quickly found out it was scam and stopped communicating - they found out as most of us know that SRGE has no concessions so there was nothing to talk about.

But this was orchestrated by SRGE knowing that Boxing day was a national holiday in Canada. SRGE thought no one would be available to shoot down the JV rumor. As usual it blew up in there face.

This is exactly what SAEI did with the fraudulent press releases - since the same people are involved they didn't change the Pump scheme any.

SAEI said in a press release that Prokhorov was buying them for a premium - $2.50 a share (I believe). SRGE did it with first Magna then Kinross.

The funny thing is they both ended the same way - SUSPENDED.

Now, the SEC and the FBI will hunt down the SRGE insiders and paid promoters.

But, there is a great deal of satisfaction in knowing that we worked together to bring down SRGE.
