My broker doesnt let me buy pinks on margin. So your point is imaginary at best.

You failed to understand his point. One poster said he'd received a margin call because he spent his dividend money, and then the dividend was retracted.

In that case, if he doesn't talk to his broker about a way to resolve the problem, the broker WILL sell some of his stock to cover the margin call.

It has nothing to do with whether Pinks are marginable or not.
