Class action suits "accusing" them. The cases have not finished and no judgements are for or against. YET

Meaningless and doesn't matter one bit as Kinross denied the claim that SRGE made.

That cause a concern for their shareholders and notified the SEC of this and that was the straw that broke the camels back for SRGE. The SEC stepped in and shut this operation down.
