ok...

Yet a negative in my estimation is simply the business model as we are made aware of it. Go to Barnes and Noble and there is NO SHORTAGE of magazines available ALREADY in existence that cater to cigar/spirits affictionoddo's. Where's the DEMAND? I don't believe there IS any. Rather - just the opposite. Already a saturated market.

...I understand that we need to judge the situation based upon the facts as we are aware of them... but when we buy a spec stock such as this we are buying with the hope/estimation of things to come ...with this in mind, C&S is a well-targeted socioeconomic lifestyle biz model which in my opinion will ultimately be less about the publication and more about the publicity...

My bet is that the magazine dies on the vine, UNLESS Lincoln starts diluting the peewadin out of shares to come up with the cash to keep a sinking ship afloat, and if he can't manage to muster up the gumption to fire off a few PR's ... IPRU would then become quickly a bloated - ever increasing diluted piggly-wiggly until the surprise R/S gets popped as always seems nearly inevitable.

come on now. i call bullsh*t. need more cheap shares, lucky?

first of all, Lincoln does not control IPRU so your comment about Lincoln diluting and/or not having the cojones to issue a PR holds no water whatsoever. if you are unhappy in that department call/email the CEO of IPRU. whether on purpose or not, those comments are completely off base.

second of all, your comment about a sinking ship is laughable because it demonstrates clear ignorance about the trajectory of both the sales and 'reach' of the magazine.

the magazine is an effective cultural driver and launch pad for potential future additions to the business model... but it needs to be built until the distribution reaches some level of critical mass, which is why the focus is now on the magazine... it will not 'die on the vine' unless the company lets it.

Now if the dude was crafty IMO, he should start connecting IPRU to his exotic tatoo parlar/s that one would assume is already profitable. Now you would be talking some real value connected to your shares.

...that's getting closer ....the publication (which is the tool, the means to an end - not the 'end' in and of itself) can be used as a launch pad and force multiplier for new consumable products, new media concepts, and a stable of other new revenue streams....

...the caveat, as always, is 'if'

...if executed with tactical conservatism and strategic intelligence, the C&S concept could one day be much than a magazine in a saturated market... and IPRU offers a critical stepping stone on the path for C&S to achieve that kind of a vision...

all my posts are my opinion only.
