I'm inclined to think the wave has largely missed this train.
Others are and will be better positioned. I guess that all depends on what we call premium content distribution, but Wave holds no DRM IP, has a couple fading content distribution patents, most of their IP is in secure processes between various devices, and to call that premium content distribution seems to be blurring things a bit IMO.
One should hope IMO, that Wave develops solutions that help content providers distribute, and that they license those solutions for a decent fee.
