Barge, let me ask you this. XBox 360 is supposedly coming out later this month in time for Thanksgiving weekend shopping. If Wave is involved is it fair to say that you would expect an announcement between now and then? If Wave is involved, that is when the announcement would logically come. You will know if you are right or wrong in 3 weeks.

I agree that there is a TPM of sorts in the Xbox, but I don't believe that there is much chance of Wave involvement.

As for consumer PC's. If they start consumer PC's start shipping in earnest next year with TPMs, I agree that there will be service providers that should take advantage of those PC's. Even 5-10 million consumer PC's would be enough of a market for some mainstream services providers to take advantage of those TPM's. The antivirus companies, Ebays, Finacial firms, would be possibilites in my opinion.

For example, in the first year, Xbox and PS3 will probably be lucky to sell 2-4 million units each. Yet, game developers will be willing to spend 1million plus to develop a title for that small audience.

I realize the above not an apples to apples comparison with respect to consumer PC's, but I don't think it will cost service providers a ton of money to develop applications for the expected roll out of TPM PC's.
