In lieu of debt you cannot issue

shares that are not sellable!

The only person buying is ECDC to satisfy obligations. That is over 1 billion shares this month SO FAR and counting. As of Dec 19th, there were 2.9 billion issued of which was an eternity ago. So, with 1 bil bought back by ECDC, may be there is 1.9 billion outstanding.

When you agree to take the shares in lieu and you cannot sell them, a lawsuit will arise. But, since you can sell them I would guess the risk of ownership plays out.
