Alot of us moved accounts to Etrade because stocks were getting locked out at TDA. However TDA will remove the RTGV if someone with a TDA account just emails customer service and lets them know of the error. I have done that several times in the past with TDA and they removed the lock and I could buy and sell whatever stock that it was online instantly.
