"we aren't talking about your garage. we had 26 barrels 12/05/12 and then 80 barrels 1/1/13."  I thought you wanted facts, not opinions?  The fact is that "having" oil is not the same as "producing" oil.  A further fact is that the 80 barrels suddenly appeared after supposedly reworking another well.  The only reasonable assumption is that the additional oil was in a different tank.  Nothing has been said, ever, about production except using the weasel words "varying amounts".  And nobody cares how much oil someone "has", in cans in my garage or in any number of holding tanks, not even if it all belonged to Drake, which, according to the agreement, it wouldn't.  There's not even any simple arithmetic to do here, let alone "math", and I check the Drake website only for amusement, not "details"/.
