What do you mean by "other big-boy buyout"? SRGE did not announce a buyout for $550-600 million. They announced a "joint partnership", whatever that is, for the same amount.

Please explain to me why a "joint partnership" and a buyout should have the same price tag.

Just one of the dozens of glaring inconsistencies in SRGE's story.

SRGE went way too far, and they got caught.
