Why, would an NYSE company post on their website, send an email to a Bloomberg reporter, file two events with the SEC and file a PR denying anything and then actually go through with it WITH A PINK SHEET NON-REPORTING company?

Wait.....now a SEC SUSPENDED GREY MARKET company.

My god the speculative BS is over the top with this stock.

There's a LOT of people who are in for a serious rude awakening.
