If the agreement in discussion specified Ontario as the place of arbitration or settlement of legal dispute, can you guess which party drafted the document?

Kinross initiated the discussion, and it looks as they were also the drafter of the agreement based on this small fact. Any ambiguity in contract language goes against the drafter.
