That report is bogus. The only accurate marker for short interest in a stock is found at the below link.

http://www.otcbb.com/help/cms_includes/otce_short_interest.stm

Open the link and scroll down. Then enter SFMI in the space indicated. Something around 80,000 shares currently shorted in SFMI. This information is updated twice monthly.

The numbers shown at that other URL include unsettled trades which ain't even the same thing as true short interest.

Glad to clear this up.
