I used my ebay bucks and picked up a set of these for 86.00

The 2012 Red Book states that the Delaware quarter is worth 50.00 at PF65 and each subsequent quarter is worth 45.00 at PF 65

Grading is 14.00 per coin and they are in the new side view holder so I paid only 3.20 for each quarter. 1999 S is suppose to be the toughest year. Seems to good to be true.
