Chisox - talk about weaseling out. Jay Leno and the weatherman? Are you really a hedgie defender? You failed to answer. Do you think we should let them run amok in the markets, hiding what they do? Should they be regulated and should their paid posters be required to disclose their agenda?

You talk about a binding non-disclosure agreement. That wouldn't protect you with respect to manipulative behavior.

As for terms, perhaps we should get back to our series on the HISC board where you clearly didn't know the difference between the terms "authorized shares" and "oustanding shares."
