OT: Go back and look at the trials of people accused of the crimes that Libby is charged with. How successful were the prosecutors in those trials?

Well, there was Martha Stewart :)

If you go back to Watergate there were a large handful of White House and CREEP operatives.

According to a couple of prosecuters I saw interviewed last night:

1) This is the classic way these cases start out

2) They both thought Fitzgerald had what looked like a very strong case against Scooter.
