If DOS was not retained for the music library, how do you explain this passage from YOUR OWN PR?

"As part of the recent engagement DOS also received full access to documents related to the Music Library. DOS has reviewed ownership documents to the Music Library and concluded that ValCom has clear title to the collection of songs and recordings. The collection consists of:

4135 Tracks/Songs
2,085 individual Songs
79 Publishing Company Contracts
289 Artists "
