SRGE may have to show all their cards to the SEC--assuming the SEC can locate them--but they're under no obligation to do that for shareholders, and probably won't, now that they know everything they make public will be subject to scrutiny.

Most suspended companies issue PRs saying "We're cooperating fully with the SEC, blah blah", but some say nothing at all.

We'll see what SRGE does, or doesn't do.
