He was bashing and it was part of his job, he's a paid basher. But of course she'll claim there's some loophole because he didn't get any "extra" money for being an online paid basher, ROFLMAO or should I say LOLOLOLISSIMO

Also - I thought, to their credit, that hedgie defenders were for free internet without threats of specious litigation. Now, it seems that a chief hedgie is actually suing a message board poster? Geez, he can give it but can't take it? He almost sounds like that nutcake who keeps suing all the time, what's his name? Zwebner?
