What's the "Fred thing"? We know that Fred had some health issues but it appears there is much more to the story.... Yes, Fred's health issues may make it difficult to influence events but what about the rest of his family and Andrew? Together they hold a significant percentage of outstanding shares.

And what about your statement "To JM and Smitty’s defense though the Fred thing had to hurt." How did the Fred thing hurt JM and PS? Did Fred turn his back on the company? Was there some sort of falling out?

X, you seem to know a lot more than you are saying. Yet, we all sit here on the sidelines waiting for some good news which never seems to come. Truth be known, I am totally frustrated and growing very impatient.
