Terry - and the point is? Ok, let's go back to the last PR. They didn't list the name of the company they were working with. Therefore, those not supporting SRGE discounted any Confidentiality Agreement and stated over and over the not releasing the name of the potential JV Partner was just another part of the script to stretch out the "pump" for as long as possible.

So, now today they announce the name of the partner, and now Cthe argument changes to no deal will be made until mid-january so its implied its another part of the overall ruse.

Bottom line, once Kinross acknowledges that a deal is being negotiated, it does not matter on what day the deal is actually "signed". That alone will be proof that SRGE is legit, that as far as Kinross is concenred, SRGE has all rights to the property and that Kinross is confident in the analysis of the site and its potential. Kinross would not be playing straight man to some SRGE farce. Therefore, once Kinross confirms this potential partnership, all arguments against SRGE go away.
