now the 250 went to Cornell capital to buy robert out and Jeff decided to get some investors to raise money and buy out cornell so the chain was from robert,to cornell capital to jeff..

as for the recent transaction and debt,maybe it needs to go back to Tony for that info ,cause his own C.F.O wrote up the purpose of that debt conversion...OOOOOPPPSSS..
