The promoter in Dallas is also named Robert. His last name rhymes with Tilson (former co-principal of hedge fund T2 Partners).

Some CPA from Charleston, SC (Hicks is his last name) was all over the promo pump in late AUG/early SEP and figured this one out then.

Yep, another penny stock drama for everyone's entertainment pleasure.
