One thought is Bruce Klein (Victory Partners) never paid what was owed on the AAAA shell. Regardless, about 12 million shares traded since the RM in March. The OS count went from 8MM to 19MM in 6 months with no insider disclosures.

Bruce (VP) also got an attorney opinion letter saying the debt could be converted to free trading shares.
