that BudGenius never existed before the day it was incorporated:
No, that's not what was said. BudGenius has no incorporation or "registration" papers of any kind is what was said.
doesn't mean BudGenius never existed before that date, merely that it wasn't incorporated, like 89% of other legally registered companies in this country.
Who does a "legally registered" "company" like budgenius register with like the other "89% of companies that don't incorporate?" Got a link to the "registration papers" for BudGenius in any state?
BG was created for the sole purpose of selling shares as an empty shell
No, BG Medical Technologies cant's sell shares so clearly that hasn't been said. Only RightSmile can sell shares, but I'm not sure they can sell shares legally when their papers are in Default.
It was created the same day as the PR to RM with RightSmile so more PRs could be put out and promoted so that more shares of RightSmile could be sold, that's why Aaron approved the 3 AS increases after he was given vote control preferred shares for a "company" he had JUST created before the RightSmile papers went into default. I don't think AS increases can be done when the papers are in default.
Angel Called Devtek "highly sought after"
That has never been said because Code ZERO Media is the one that was dissolved by Florida in 2007 and PRd in 2011 as a "highly sought after company." Devtec has barely even been mentioned except for in OTC disclosures.
says Angel is lying because he didn't sell it if it was "sought after".
No, asked how can a "company" that was dissolved in 2007 by Florida be "highly sought after" in 2011. Also asked why the papers would be allowed to be dissolved for a "company" with a cash flow. Didn't say a word about selling it or Devtec. Who would buy a shell with no operations and no "registration?"
Looks as though all the "debunking" has been debunked.
1 thing I have found in Aaron's favor is that John "registered" or "incorporated" Bud Genius Inc. in June of 2010 and Godaddy says that budgenius.com was created in Feb. 2010 using Code Zero for contact info. but of course John claimed in the article that Aaron hijacked the website address from him. No way to verify that statement but if it isn't true he's opened himself and his company up to a lawsuit as did the writer of the article and the news report that printed it and made it public.
