Sure it has, you're just not paying attention, and many of us just quit responding, but I'll clear up the move recent things he's stated.

Hmm, that BudGenius never existed before the day it was incorporated: Call some collectives, they will all tell you that's not factual, or just read these boards.

LB's argument for that is that it was incorporated in Nevada the same day as the R\M, which merely assumes that incorporation and "creation" are the same things. I've posted links to GAO data stating that in fact only 11% of us companies that register with their SoS office actually incorporate, and in fact the only real reason to do so would be to take a non-public company public. Geee, isn't that what Angel did? Yes, but it doesn't mean BudGenius never existed before that date, merely that it wasn't incorporated, like 89% of other legally registered companies in this country.

There, that TOTALLY debunks LB's opinion that BG was created for the sole purpose of selling shares as an empty shell.(His primary contention)
I won't mention the plethora of anecdotal evidence laying around the web suggesting that Angel is doing things other than selling shares at 0001.(Starting PCA-LA with other industry leaders, being seen with other industry leaders at industry conferences etc etc or the sheer # of dispensaries that swear by their service.


Ok, I think his other major compliant is that Angel Called Devtek "highly sought after" and if that's the case why didn't he sell it rather than not renewing it in Fla...

Easy, first he says Angel is lying because he didn't sell it if it was "sought after". Well, let's see, what's devtek? It's the web development branch of BG Medical. What's BG Medicals flagship product at this time? MenuGenius, what's that? A web based application. How do you manage that? With a web development team.

Why would he sell a crucial part of our core business, merely because it's sought after?

So, there's his other BASELESS argument debunked. I don't read many of his posts so if I missed something feel free to point it out, when people get done dieing around me I'll debunk that too.
