Aaron created a real corporation, BG Medical Technologies to "merge" with his self proclaimed "company" BudGenius and then RMd both scams into RightSmile another scam.
2 wrongs don't make a right and 3 scams don't make a real company.

"legal companies" have papers whether they're public or private.

BG Medical Technologies was created on 12/5/2011, the same day the RM was first announced in a PR.

Self proclaimed "companies" like BudGenius can't merge with a public company. Any company that merges with a public company has to have active papers.
That's why BG Medical Technologies was created.

Ok, I think his other major compliant is that Angel Called Devtek "highly sought after" and if that's the case why didn't he sell it rather than not renewing it in Fla...

CodeZero Media was PRd in 2011 as a "highly sought after company" but the papers were dissolved by Florida in 2007, 15 months after Aaron created it. Not a namechange to Devtec, DISSOLVED for not filing the "annual list of officers" just like the Florida site says.

What state is Devtec in. Got a link to "active" papers or is that another self proclaimed "company," just another scam company name to be thrown around.


Typical scam artist CEO, a bunch of different company names and most if not all don't even have actice papers anymore or never had any to begin with.


Once Aaron was given the preferred shares of RIGH for his self proclaimed, self created "companies" he started working the ole' Aaron magic by approving 3 AS increases in 5 months or less and did the first AS increase within the first 2 months of him being in control, thanks to a scam company that he created. Preferred shares to control the vote on RightSmile actions for a newly created corporation, BG Medical Technologies Inc.
