1. It's spelled "Zacks", no apostrophe.

2. Yes, their SP forecasts haven't been correct, even by a long-shot. That's not their fault. They use EPS and projected performance to make predictions based on how the SP of similar companies performs based on those metrics.

If anything, I thought their original EPS forecasts were disappointingly low, but they were fairly accurate. Their initiation report - dated December 22, 2011 - predicted EPS of 0.02 each quarter in FY 2012 that followed. They were spot on! So if the SP doesn't perform the way they think it will, based on the metrics they use to evaluate every company they follow, that's not their fault because they don't control the market. Their forecast of the metrics has been accurate, so they got the fundamentals right.

3. I agree, the EPS hasn't had anything to do with where the SP has gone, but again, that's not the fault of PTQ or Zacks. EPS is a widely accepted valuation metric used by numerous analysts. If EPS isn't predicting the SP for PTQ, that says more about the market than the success of management to maintain a profitable company.

4. My Perfect Storm predictions were contingent on plant improvements. Other factors include the PoG and acquisition climate. It's premature to suggest that my Perfect Storm scenario was inaccurate because the plant improvements hadn't been made. That's the definition of "contingent": dependent on or conditioned by something else. All I was saying with my prediction was IF/WHEN the plant improvements are made and the PoG stays high or soars, we'll be in a good position for share appreciation.

You do a lot of complaining, jal. It's OK to vent about your frustration regarding the SP, we're all upset about it and think we're under-valued, but you don't seem to be applying blame where it is deserved. You blame management for the SP, but they've been running a profit for seven quarters and buying back shares. When they buy back shares, you complain that it's just because management doesn't want the SP to fall further; you should be CELEBRATING the fact that management is taking pro-active measures to prevent further SP devaluation, not complaining about it. You want to know the status of the heap leach operation, but I already explained why the results won't be impressive right away and what to expect in the months to come. I really don't know what to say, jal. You seem to be very frustrated with this stock, you produce more posts than anyone else, but you never seem to acknowledge the many positive things that PTQ has done to build shareholder value, instead preferring to blame the SP entirely on management and attribute positive outcomes to outside factors, when in fact management is only partly to blame for the current SP.
