The only complaint we have is that we are left in the dark about the most basic info of this operation. No one has an answer for any questions we have.

The IR person has been left totally in the dark or has been gagged for some reason. So we speculate and hypothesize on some rumor or what we think will happen. Most of the time....WRONG.

So, you see the frustration level is quite high with PTQ management style.
