Wonder if they took it one step too far here, since the Headline mentions and indirectly involves a foreign Official by using the his/her Titel. Or am I reading this wrong here?

Bigger Question is is he still Advisor? Can't find any Hints that link this name to the current Prime Minister of Thailand.
