I see what you're doing, now. You're trying to show me how to get there from here. I know where it's located. I know where the parcels are and I know who owns the parcels and I know which parcels are involved, except for one; that would be the second parcel south of Black Diamond and west of Yates.
What I don't know is which of those parcels is supposed to be in reference on the sign that's supposed to be at the gate and which side of Yates the sign is on. For that info, I would have to physically visit the facility area and determine where the sign is physically located. The reason for this is that the legal description as shown on the sign is not shown on any parcel description in Wibaux county.
The only alternatives I have are to gain info from the county assessor (that's why I said I would be calling there or rather, I said I should be calling; or I could try and find someone who is in the area and familiar with the area who would be willing to make a drive by, maybe snap a photo or two and upload them onto the internet. Until those questions are answered and there's transparency and information flow from management to allow us all to see.
