it really has little to do with yates but you an get there from yates. traveling east you need to turn right on custards trail then left on black diamond. another right on what seems to be a road with no name (just thought of an old america song!!) then turn right into ccp. I found it by following black diamond east to the North Dakota borderand comeing back 3 sections. compare pictures with the one you posted and you got it.
