I don't think it's clear enough.

Why not write as part of our quality control when ever we give samples to a third party we also keep part of that sample and do our own independent tests for quality control purposes.

The results of this test are x which is what we expected based on the historical data shows and our own past testing.

You never have an answer other than some one is trying to perpetuate a fraud and cause concern for people to question their holdings.

There is hardly anything credible here that shows that is happening.
