To All: LOL!!! These judge trials can be real interesting, funny or you name it. They are formal, yet informal because there is no jury.
In the NOK intervention hearing which Chartex, JKJ and I attended, Judge Lynn was all over the place asking questions, thinking out loud, listening to arguments from counsel for IDCC and NOK. She thought she was done and asked if there was anything else. The ERICY lawyer stood up and reminded her he hadn't even had a chance to talk. She apologised and let him have a turn. It was almost funny.
